About Us

We opened Febe Coffee because Diamond Bar deserved a cafe that felt like someone’s favorite place, not just another coffee stop. Something warm, a little playful, and serious about the craft.

Our name comes from the Greek word for "bright" and "radiant," and that’s the energy we bring to every cup. The double-E in our logo isn’t decoration. It’s a nod to the rounded, friendly geometry that runs through everything we do, from our drinks to our space.

We want every visit to feel like catching up with a friend who happens to make incredible coffee.

Our Story

Korean cafe culture taught us that a good cafe is as much about the experience as the coffee. We take that seriously. Our baristas train on latte art, matcha whisking, and pour-over technique, because how a drink is made is part of what makes it special.

We source single-origin beans roasted for sweetness, not bitterness. Our matcha is ceremonial grade from Uji, Japan, whisked to order. Our pastries come from local bakeries who care about ingredients as much as we do.

Every drink is made to order with single-origin beans, ceremonial matcha, and fresh ingredients. We don’t cut corners.
